By using SmartCollect you agree to these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you save. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, including AI analysis. Do not save or share content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal or abusive.
AI features
AI-generated details and answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check important information (opening hours, prices, addresses) at the source.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, overload the service, or use it to send spam.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid plan. Purchases and cancellations are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their terms.
Termination
You can stop using SmartCollect and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost data.
