Delete your SmartCollect account

In the app

1. Open SmartCollect and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@tudiapps.com from the address you signed up with and write "Delete my account". We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, password hash)
• All collections, items, custom fields, tags and photos you created
• Your AI chat history, notifications and device push tokens
• Your access to collections other people shared with you

Nothing is kept after deletion, except server backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.
